Sergey Oladyshkin was born on the 28th of October, 1980 in Nizhnii Novgorod, Russia.

In 2002 he was graduated from the Nizhniy Novgorod State Technical University with specialisation in Applied Mathematics and has received awards of Excellent Diploma.

In october 2006 Sergey Oladyshkin defended PhD Thesis "Splitting the thermodynamics and hydrodynamics and asymptotic solution to the problem of compositional gas-liquid flow through porous media" at National School of Geology, Institut National Polytechnique de Lorraine. The Ph.D Thesis was done the Laboratory LAEGO and supported by Schlumberger company.
